Astra Otoparts (AUTO) to Distribute Interim Dividend, Note the Dates

Automotive component issuer PT Astra Otoparts Tbk (AUTO) will distribute an interim dividend to its shareholders. The dividend to be distributed is sebesar Rp72.52 per share for the fiscal year ending 31 December 202<0xC2>6.

This was stated by management in a notification to shareholders dated 5 October 2026. The company’s Board of Directors decided on the interim dividend distribution after receiving approval from the Board of Commissioners.

The following is the implementation schedule for the interim dividend distribution for the company’s shares held in collective custody:

• Interim dividend cum date in the regular and negotiation markets: 13 October 2026

• Interim dividend ex date in the regular and negotiation markets: 14 October 2026

• Interim dividend cum date in the cash market: 15 October 2026

• Recording date of eligible shareholders: 15 October 2026

• Interim dividend ex date in the cash market: 16 October 2026

• Interim dividend payment: 26 October 2026

The interim dividend will be distributed to shareholders whose names are recorded in the company’s Register of Shareholders on the recording date, which is 15 October 2026 at 16:00 WIB.

For shareholders whose shares are still in scrip (physical) form, the dividend will be paid via bank transfer to the eligible shareholder’s account. Shareholders must first notify the company’s Securities Administration Bureau, PT Raya Saham Registra (RSR), or the company’s Corporate Legal, of their bank name and account number, no later than 15 October 2006 at 16:00 WIB. This notification must be accompanied by a photocopy of an ID card or passport via a stamped letter.

Meanwhile, for shareholders whose shares are recorded in the collective custody of the Indonesian Central Securities Depository (KSEI), payment will be made through KSEI. Shareholders will receive the dividend through their respective KSEI account holders.
