Astra International to Distribute Dividend of Rp 390 per Share

PT Astra International Tbk will distribute a total dividend amounting to Rp 32,768,787,786,564 from net profit for the fiscal year ended 31 December 2025. From this amount, shareholders with the code ASII will receive a cash dividend of Rp 390 per share.

Astra’s Chief of Corporate Affairs, Boy Kelana Soebroto, stated that this includes an interim dividend of Rp 98 per share, totalling Rp 3,967,388,207,720, which was paid on 31 October 2025. “Thus, the remainder of Rp 292 per share will be paid on 25 May 2026,” he said during a press conference at Menara Astra, Jakarta, on Thursday, 23 April 2026.

Boy added that the dividend will be given to shareholders whose names are recorded in the list on 6 May 2026 at 16:00 WIB. The remaining Rp 17,099,940,954,364 will be booked as retained earnings.

The decision on the dividend amount is based on the results of the 2026 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGM). The total cash dividend to be distributed depends on the total shares entitled to receive the dividend based on the Company’s Shareholder Register on the Dividend Recording Date.

Previously, Astra distributed a dividend of Rp 308 per share on 20 May 2025. Then, Rp 421 on 13 May 2024 and Rp 98 per share on 11 October 2024. Subsequently, on 4 May 2023, a dividend of Rp 552 and on 11 October 2023, Rp 98 per share.
