Astra International Director Gidion Hasan Acquires 700,000 ASII Shares

Jakarta, CNBC Indonesia – One of Astra International Tbk (ASII) directors, Gidion Hasan, has increased his ownership in the automotive group. He purchased 700,000 ASII shares. Citing information disclosed to the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI), the transaction took place on 27 February 2026, when ASII shares were trading at Rp6,631 per share. The purchase was for investment with direct ownership status and not part of a repurchase agreement. As a result, Gidion’s shareholding in ASII rose to 6,765,000 shares, representing 0.0167% of voting rights, from 6,065,000 shares (0.015%) previously. The report also states that the transaction does not change the control status and was not conducted within an organized group scheme.
