Jakarta — PT Astra International Tbk (Astra, stock code: ASII) is deploying a total of 1,692 technicians at several strategic points along the national Eid return journey routes as part of the Astra Siaga Lebaran 2026 programme to support smooth travel for the public during the Eid holiday exodus.

“Astra, through Astra Siaga Lebaran, continues to endeavour to provide support to customers undertaking the Eid journey,” said Astra Director Thomas Junaidi Alim Wijaya in an official statement received in Jakarta on Sunday.

He stated that the company provides emergency service workshops, rest posts for homebound travellers, and emergency assistance services for both two-wheeled and four-wheeled vehicle users.

In implementing the Astra Siaga Lebaran programme this year, he continued, 600 car technicians and 1,092 Honda motorcycle technicians are being deployed to assist members of the public experiencing difficulties during their journey.

Four-wheeled vehicle drivers can enjoy light servicing and vehicle technical consultation, complimentary light refreshments and beverages, free WiFi, free health checks, rest facilities, and Garda Health Tech facilities at Astra Siaga Posts.

For two-wheeled vehicle riders, the integrated Astra Siaga Lebaran 2026 service is provided on 19-28 March forthcoming, which includes 12 Honda Mudik Outposts, 13 AHASS Siaga Plus points, 150 AHASS Siaga points, and 240 Honda Care fleet units.

He stated that various facilities available to customers include complimentary light servicing and motorcycle technical consultation; discounts on the purchase of motorcycle spare parts, accessories, and apparel; as well as prayer facilities for all homebound travellers.
