PT Astra International Tbk (ASII) has published its financial report for the full financial year 2025. The company recorded net profit of Rp 32.77 trillion.

This figure indicates a moderate decline of 3.3% year-on-year compared to net profit achieved in the same period in 2024, which was recorded at Rp 33.90 trillion.

The decline in net profit directly impacted the company’s Earnings Per Share (EPS), which at the close of 2025 stood at Rp 809.44 per share.

Dividend Distribution Estimates

In projecting dividend distribution for the 2025 financial year, the most relevant analytical approach is based on the assumption that company management will maintain a consistent Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR) with previous periods.

In financial year 2024, ASII’s dividend payment ratio was set at approximately 48.5% of total net profit. If this payout ratio policy is reapplied for financial year 2025, the estimated total dividend to be distributed to shareholders would be Rp 393 per share.

Given that the company has already realised an interim dividend payment of Rp 98 per share on 31 October 2025, the remaining allocation for the final dividend estimated to be distributed is valued at Rp 295 per share.

Return Rate and Implementation Schedule

This dividend projection serves as an important indicator for measuring the dividend yield for investors. Referencing ASII’s share price movement currently standing at Rp 5,950 per share, the estimated total annual dividend yield reaches approximately 6.60%.

This yield percentage represents a combined calculation of interim and projected final dividends. The adjustment in yield percentage is mathematically influenced by movements in the reference share price in the market.

Regarding the corporate action implementation schedule, referencing the company’s historical trends, the cum-dividend and ex-dividend periods for the final dividend are estimated to fall in mid-May 2026, following formal approval through the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS).
