Astra (ASII) Distributes Rp 15.66 Trillion Dividend, Investors Receive Rp 390 per Share

JAKARTA - PT Astra International Tbk (ASII) is distributing a cash dividend worth Rp 15.66 trillion from the net profit of the 2025 fiscal year. This decision was set at the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders on Thursday (23/4/2026). Astra’s total consolidated net profit as of 31 December 2025 reached Rp 32.76 trillion. From this amount, Rp 390 per share is allocated as a cash dividend to investors. “The AGM approves the use of the company’s consolidated net profit for the fiscal year ending 31 December 2025, amounting to Rp 32.76 trillion. Rp 390 per share, or up to Rp 15.66 trillion, will be distributed as cash dividends,” said Astra’s Chief of Corporate Affairs, Boy Kelana Soebroto, during a press conference. “This includes the interim dividend of Rp 98 per share or Rp 3.96 trillion, which was paid on 31 October 2025,” he added. Accordingly, the remaining final dividend to be received by investors is Rp 292 per share. Management has set the final dividend payment for 25 May 2026. The payment will be made to shareholders recorded in the Shareholder Register as of 6 May 2026 at 4:00 PM WIB. The dividend amount may still change. The change is influenced by the ongoing share buyback programme, which could alter the number of outstanding shares up to the record date. A weakening movement has been observed since the early session. The price opened around Rp 6,600, then gradually declined to around Rp 6,325.
