Astra (ASII) Agrees to Distribute Dividend of Rp390 per Share

PT Astra International Tbk (ASII) has agreed to distribute a cash dividend for the 2025 fiscal year amounting to Rp15,668,846,832,200, equivalent to Rp390 per share. This distribution will utilise the consolidated net profit for 2025, which totals Rp32,768,787,786,564.

The decision was agreed upon at the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS) held today, Thursday (23/4/2026).

The dividend distribution already includes an interim dividend of Rp98 per share, or Rp3,967,388,207,720, which was paid on 31 October 2025. Consequently, the remaining amount of Rp292 per share will be paid on 25 May 2026 to ASII shareholders whose names are recorded in the Company’s Register of Shareholders on 6 May 2026 at 16:00 WIB (Dividend Recording Date).

In connection with the ongoing share buyback programme of ASII, the total cash dividend to be distributed will depend on the total number of shares entitled to receive the dividend based on the Company’s Register of Shareholders on the Dividend Recording Date.

The remainder of the profit, a minimum of Rp17,099,940,954,364, will be recorded as retained earnings of ASII. The actual total amount will depend on the total cash dividend distributed to shareholders.
