Aston's hotels in Bali

JAKARTA (JP): Aston International, a hotel and resort
management company based in Honolulu, will start operating two
properties in the capital and Bali later this year.

The company said in a statement that the two properties were
the Lippo Sudirman Grande Suites in Jakarta and the Aston Bali
Resort and Spa in Bali.

Aston signed earlier this year an agreement with the Lippo
Group of Indonesia to manage the 750-suite, five-star apartment
building and hotel scheduled for soft operation in December this
year and grand opening early next year.

The 40-story serviced property, located near the Semanggi
interchange within the capital's golden triangle, will include
suites with two and three bedrooms and a wide range of amenities.

Aston said the property in Bali would also open in December.

Aston currently operates 30 condominium resorts and hotels. In
addition to Indonesia, the company plans to expand to Australia,
Guam and the Philippines. (icn)
