Asthara Skyfront City Completes Two Allurea Type E Show Homes
Asthara Skyfront City completed construction of two Allurea Type E show homes at Allurea Extension, in The Floritz super-cluster, in October 2026. The units are intended to give prospective buyers a direct view of the layout and condition of the homes.
In 2025, Asthara Skyfront City introduced four Allurea home types: Type A, measuring 6 x 10 metres; Type B, 6 x 12 metres; Type C, 8 x 12 metres; and Type D, 8 x 16 metres. Show homes for all four types are also available at the Asthara Skyfront City Marketing Gallery.
Allurea Type E was first launched in late 2025. Following construction, the show homes for the latest type were completed in October 2026. Their arrival expands the housing options in The Floritz super-cluster, particularly in Allurea Extension.
Asthara Skyfront City CEO Supardi Ang said the completion of the Allurea Type E show homes was part of the company’s strategy to give prospective buyers a more comprehensive experience of its residential products.
“We want prospective buyers to have the opportunity to see and experience the quality of Allurea Type E homes directly, while also gaining an understanding of how the space could be developed to suit each family’s needs,” Supardi Ang said in a written statement on Thursday (15 October 2026).
Supardi said the two show homes had been presented with different concepts, giving prospective buyers a more complete impression of the homes before making a choice.
“That is why we have created two show homes with different approaches. One has an interior design to inspire how a home could be arranged, while the other is presented in a handover-ready condition, showing what the house will look like when it is handed over. This gives prospective buyers a more comprehensive reference before they choose a home,” he said.
The two show homes give prospective buyers the opportunity to explore the Allurea Type E layout in person, whether for inspiration in designing their interiors or to understand the condition of the home at handover.
Buyers can therefore gain a more complete understanding of the homes’ features and plan their use of space according to their families’ needs and preferences.
Both units are located within Allurea Extension, next to The Floritz Gallery, the first shophouse area in The Floritz super-cluster.
Having both facilities in one area offers prospective buyers a more integrated visit, allowing them to explore housing options as well as the area’s potential for commercial activity. The site also serves as The Floritz show-home complex.
The Allurea Type E show homes are open to prospective buyers daily from 09:00 to 19:00 WIB. Visitors can see the home design, explore the interior arrangement and gain a broader understanding of the housing options in Allurea Cluster, The Floritz super-cluster, at Asthara Skyfront City.
