I hope that in deliberations on the Bill on development of
small entrepreneurs, the House of Representatives pay greater
attention to the fate of small businessmen. In this context it
may be necessary for the representatives to make on the spot
visits to businesses in order to obtain firsthand information
about the condition of small businessmen.

The life of small businessmen is uncertain. Very often
security and order personnel chaste them away from certain areas.
In line with the suggestions made by Wahono, chairman of the
House of Representatives, that during the recess period House
members should limit their visits to official institutions, it is
timely for members of House Commission VII to study the real
situation in the market by pretending to be buyers. This is
important in getting to know the aspirations of small
businessmen.
