Aspac building for sale

JAKARTA: The Indonesian Bank Restructuring Agency (IBRA)
announced on Wednesday that it would auction off an office
building once belonging to the now defunct Bank Aspac with a
floor price of Rp 43.2 billion (US$5.2 million).

IBRA said in a press statement that the stake of the 15-floor
building, located on Jl. H.R. Rasuna Said in Central Jakarta, was
part of its third property asset sale program.

The agency said interested bidders could contact one of the
IBRA offices in Jakarta, Bandung, Semarang, Surabaya, Denpasar,
Lampung, Makassar or Medan, or can visit www.bppn.go.id. -- JP
