Jakarta (ANTARA) - PT Asuransi Kredit Indonesia (Askrindo) together with Indonesia Financial Group (IFG) is providing 2,150 free mudik tickets with 45 buses serving 13 travel routes.

Askrindo Corporate Secretary Syafruddin, in a written statement in Jakarta on Wednesday, said the programme represents the company’s participation in the 2026 BUMN and Danantara Mudik Bersama programme under the theme “Safe Mudik, Sharing Hope”.

The programme aims to deliver social benefits to the community, particularly for those who may need assistance with their mudik journeys, whilst also helping to reduce traffic accident rates.

Registration for the free mudik service opens on Monday (23/2/2026) and will remain available until quotas are filled.

Members of the public are expected to complete the required data and documents to ensure the registration and programme implementation proceed smoothly.

“For those interested, we urge you to register promptly as places are limited,” said Syafruddin.

Departures are scheduled for 17-18 March 2026.

The 13 routes under the Askrindo and IFG Group Free Mudik programme are: Jakarta-Cirebon, Jakarta-Tasikmalaya, Jakarta-Pekalongan, Jakarta-Purworejo, Jakarta-Magelang, and Jakarta-Kudus.

Additionally, routes include Jakarta-Yogyakarta, Jakarta-Lampung, Jakarta-Wonogiri, Jakarta-Surabaya, Jakarta-Madiun, Jakarta-Palembang, as well as a disability-accessible bus on the Jakarta-Yogyakarta route.

Syafruddin added that Askrindo is committed to continuing its support for government programmes aimed at improving transport accessibility for the public, particularly during important occasions such as the Lebaran travel season.

The company also hopes the Askrindo Mudik Bersama programme will make it easier for people to return to their hometowns to celebrate Idul Fitri with their families.

“We welcome this programme as a form of corporate social responsibility,” he said.
