Asia Pacific Coatings Show Returns to Jakarta in August 2026
The Asia Pacific Coatings Show will return to Indonesia from 26 to 28 August 2026 at the Jakarta International Expo (JIExpo). The event brings together raw material suppliers, manufacturers, distributors, and technical specialists from across the Asia Pacific coatings sector.
The exhibition coincides with the continued expansion of the coatings industry in Southeast Asia, fuelled by urbanisation, infrastructure investment, and rising demand for sustainable coating solutions. With a regional market value of US$7.3 billion in 2025, the market is projected to reach US$11.5 billion by 2034, with Indonesia remaining the largest coatings market in the Asia Pacific region.
Organised in cooperation with PT Royalindo Expoduta, the 2026 edition will feature more than 170 exhibitors, creating a dedicated platform for the industry to source new products, explore technical solutions, and build commercial connections. Prominent exhibitors include Buhler Indonesia, WWRC Indonesia, Teko Tinting and Engineering, WAB Group, Uncountable Inc, Tynox Jaya Indonesia, Tawazon Chemical Indonesia, Kusumoto Chemicals, Inoue-nissei Engineering, and Troy Chemical Corporations, alongside other suppliers from across the global coatings value chain.
The event is supported by the Lead Exposure Elimination Project (LEEP) as Sustainability Partner and Kevin India as Principal Sponsor. Paddy O’Neill, Associate Vice President of The Coatings Group at dmg events, said the organisers were enthusiastic to return to Jakarta following the success of the 2024 event, noting that the show consistently provides a dedicated meeting place for the APAC coatings industry to connect with customers, exchange knowledge, and identify new opportunities.
Alongside the exhibition, ChemTalks will deliver a dedicated programme of technical and commercial presentations, offering exhibitors a platform to showcase new products, formulation expertise, and solutions addressing market needs. The event will also introduce Colour, a new interactive feature developed in cooperation with Trycolors, inviting visitors to experiment digitally with paint mixing and realistic colour exploration while offering the chance to win prizes. Together with the exhibition and ChemTalks programme, this feature will deliver an interactive visitor experience supporting product discovery and technical engagement on the show floor.
Industry professionals can register to attend the Asia Pacific Coatings Show. Admission is restricted to trade and industry professionals only, and visitors under 18 years of age will not be permitted entry to the exhibition area.
