ASG Expo 2026 Concludes, PIK Pushed as Investment and Tourism Hub
The ASG Expo 2026 was officially closed through a closing ceremony at the PIK Avenue area on Sunday, 26 April 2026.
The closure of this expo also reaffirms the development direction of Pantai Indah Kapuk (PIK) as an area not only focused on housing, but also as a tourism destination and lifestyle centre.
Agung Sedayu Group CEO Steven Kusumo stated that the organisation of the expo serves as a platform for collaboration between property industry players, businesses, and the community.
He assessed that the presence of the event is not only focused on property promotion, but also expands opportunities for interaction and cooperation in various sectors.
“Thank you for the participation of all parties who have supported the successful organisation of this event,” said Steven.
According to him, current housing trends are shifting. Homes are no longer just places to live, but have become part of modern society’s lifestyle.
“Homes now are not just places to live, but have become part of a family’s lifestyle,” he explained.
Steven also emphasised the importance of developing the tourism sector in the PIK area. Through the PIK Tourism Board, this area continues to be strengthened as a premier tourism destination, both domestic and international.
He mentioned that PIK demonstrates significant growth as a tourism destination. In 2025, the number of tourist visits to this area has exceeded 30 million people.
“The tourism ecosystem in PIK is developing very quickly and positively. This makes it one of the areas with the fastest tourism growth in Indonesia,” he revealed.
In addition, PIK is projected to become a new gateway to the Thousand Islands, which is considered to strengthen the area’s appeal as an integrated tourism hub.
The ASG Expo 2026 is also expected to serve as a bridge for the community to develop business and investment opportunities, particularly in the property and tourism sectors.
“We hope this expo can become a platform that connects the community with various future business and investment opportunities,” said Steven.
In closing his remarks, he once again expressed appreciation to all involved parties and hoped that collaborations can continue.
