ASEAN energy meeting

BANGKOK (Dow Jones): Thailand is to host the 17-th meeting of
energy ministers and senior officials of the Association of South
East Asian Nations, or ASEAN, from Thursday to Saturday.

The Electricity Generating Authority of Thailand, or EGAT,
said in a press release received Wednesday that a master plan
will be reviewed to link the power grids of the 10 member
countries into a regional grid.
