PT Asabri (Persero) has mapped out its Corporate Social Responsibility and Environmental (TJSL) programmes through the first half of 2026, based on the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) targets. The programme encompasses the fields of health, community welfare, clean water and sanitation, as well as mobility.

In the social sector, Asabri is conducting the ‘Aksi Sehat Asabri (ASA) Untuk Indonesia’ (Asabri Healthy Action for Indonesia) at the Polri Education and Training Institute (Sespim Lemdiklat Polri) with 70 participants. The activity includes health education and the administration of three doses of the HPV vaccine to prevent HPV-related diseases, including cervical cancer.

Asabri also distributed support for sacrificial animals around its head office during Eid al-Adha 1447 Hijriah. This programme is linked to SDG 1, which focuses on poverty alleviation.

Asabri’s President Director, Jeffry Haryadi P Manullang, stated that the CSR programmes are designed by considering the needs of the beneficiaries.

“For Asabri, implementing Creating Shared Value through CSR is not about providing aid, but about how the company takes a strategic role to address needs and deliver meaningful impact. We strive to ensure that every programme serves as a foundation and provides an impact, particularly for Asabri participants and, of course, the general public,” Jeffry said in a press release on Thursday (17/9/2026).

In the environmental sector, Asabri is running the TIRTHA programme, which is linked to SDG 6 regarding clean water and sanitation. This programme includes the provision of clean water and sanitation facilities in Balingkarang Village and Sukamakmur Village, Aceh Tamiang Regency.

Another programme is the Free Mudik (Homecoming) service during Eid al-Fitr 1447 Hijriah, linked to SDG 11. This programme provides travel services for Asabri participants and the general public.

Asabri’s Corporate Secretary, Okki Jatnika, noted that the needs of beneficiaries are a primary consideration in the implementation of CSR programmes.

“Every beneficiary has different needs. Therefore, Asari strives to organise programmes that not only provide benefits today but also open opportunities for a better life in the future,” said Okki.

The mapping based on the SDGs provides a classification for the social and environmental programmes implemented by Asabri, covering health, basic community needs, sanitation, and access to mobility.
