PT Asabri (Persero) is expanding its services to participants through the Pensioner Visit Service (LKPP). The programme is designed to ensure that participants who are ill or have limited mobility still receive their pension rights even if they cannot perform digital authentication or visit the office.

Head of Asabri Corporate Communications Kartika Rahmadayanti stated that the LKPP is the company’s effort to provide more inclusive services while ensuring the distribution of pension benefits remains timely, accurate, and administratively sound. “For Asabri, service is not just about ensuring pension benefits are distributed correctly. More than that, service is about being present when participants need it, reaching those who are no longer able to visit, and ensuring that no participant feels alone in facing their limitations,” Kartika said in a statement on Tuesday.

Through this programme, Asabri officers visit participants directly at their homes or care locations to verify their condition and ensure their pension rights are fulfilled according to regulations. One such visit was conducted by the Asabri Balikpapan Branch Office to Pudji Astuty, the widow of a deceased civil servant from the Ministry of Defence. Due to her declining health, Pudji is no longer able to carry out normal activities or visit the Asabri office.

In a similar activity, Asabri also visited Linda Damayanti, the widow of a deceased police officer, who is undergoing care at a nursing home due to health issues. The visit aimed to ensure that all administrative processes and her pension rights were fulfilled despite communication barriers. The management of the nursing home expressed appreciation for the visit, noting that it demonstrated Asabri’s attention to those in need.

Asabri stated that the LKPP is part of the implementation of the government’s mandate under Government Regulation Number 102 of 2015, as amended by Government Regulation Number 54 of 2020. Through this service, the company strives to ensure that all participants continue to receive their pension rights and benefits despite facing health or mobility limitations.
