ASABRI Brings Door-to-Door Digital Authentication Service to Pensioners in Remote Jailolo

PT ASABRI (Persero) is ensuring the welfare of its participants by providing direct, door-to-door services to pensioners in Jailolo District, West Halmahera, North Maluku. The initiative focuses on assisting beneficiaries who are unable to perform digital authentication independently due to illness or mobility issues. Through its Ternate Branch Office, ASABRI visited the homes of retired military personnel and widows to facilitate the authentication process, ensuring the smooth disbursement of pension salaries. ASABRI’s Head of Corporate Communications, Kartika Rahmadayanti, stated that the company is committed to serving participants wholeheartedly across the archipelago, ensuring that digital innovations and services are accessible to all. The visits also served as a gesture of empathy and respect for the veterans’ dedication to the nation. Beneficiaries, including ailing retirees and their families, expressed deep gratitude for the personal attention and assistance. ASABRI Ternate Branch Head Samodro Basuki emphasized that the journey across the sea from Ternate to Jailolo was driven by a spirit of devotion to meet and support the pensioners directly. This initiative aligns with the government’s mandate under Government Regulation No. 102 of 2015, as amended by Government Regulation No. 54 of 2020, and supports President Prabowo Subianto’s second ‘Asta Cita’ vision of strengthening national defense and security systems by ensuring the welfare of retired military personnel.
