As Head of KSP, Dudung Promises to Open 24-Hour Complaint Service

Jakarta, CNBC Indonesia - The Presidential Staff Office (KSP) held a handover ceremony for the change in top leadership, from M. Qodari to Dudung Abdurachman, at the Bina Graha Building in Jakarta on Tuesday (28/4/2026).

It is known that President Prabowo Subianto reshuffled his cabinet lineup yesterday. M. Qodari has now been moved to become Head of the Government Communication Agency (Bakom), while the position of KSP Head is held by Dudung Abdurachman.

During the event, several KSP employees were seen witnessing the handover ceremony. Qodari was dressed in a suit, white shirt, and blue tie. Meanwhile, Dudung wore a long-sleeved cream-coloured shirt.

In his speech, Dudung said he would escort the president’s flagship programmes from President Prabowo Subianto. Even though in the current situation many parties provide opinions, analyses, and perceptions.

“We also discuss various problems we face. But if there are still many differing perceptions, we consider it normal; otherwise, the world would be incomplete. So there must be people like that, and we must handle them wisely and prudently,” Dudung said.

In addition, he said he would act as a bridge between the central government and regional governments.

“This then, there will be many programmes where the central government and regional governments seem to overlap. Well, this needs to be aligned,” he said.

Dudung also said he would open a 24-hour complaint post to handle existing problems. With a telephone number or hotline that can be accessed by the public.

“This week (it will be opened), we plan it. Prepare the system first,” Dudung said.
