ARYADUTA Lippo Village is strengthening its culinary experience through the presence of three specialist chefs, introducing a new direction for developing a dining experience that is more diverse, authentic, and relevant to the global market.
The three chefs include group-level Indian Chef Dhan Singh, Executive Chef of ARYADUTA Lippo Village Lucky Agusman Salim, and Indian Cuisine Specialist Bandiono Abdulloh.
At the group level, Chef Dhan Singh brings experience from various luxury hotels and resorts in India, as well as international exposure in the Indochina region. Specialising in Northern Indian cuisine, he plays a role in setting the standards, concepts, and developmental direction for Indian cuisine across the ARYADUTA network. “I look forward to bringing authentic Indian cuisine to our guests from Indonesia and around the world,” said Chef Dhan Singh.
At the property level, Executive Chef Lucky Agusman Salim leads the culinary direction through a Modern Indonesian Cuisine concept, based on the ARYADUTA recipe book with a commitment to being ‘Iconically Indonesian’. This approach combines traditional Indonesian flavours with contemporary techniques to provide a more refined dining experience for modern guests.
Meanwhile, the development of Indian cuisine at ARYADUTA Lippo Village is managed by Bandiono Abdulloh, working in alignment with Chef Dhan Singh’s direction. He presents authentic Indian dishes using traditional techniques such as tandoor and slow-cooking, tailored to guest preferences without losing their original flavour profile.
Menu items such as Butter Chicken, Chicken Katti Roll, and Vegetable Biryani are now part of the culinary experience available to guests at ARYADUTA Lippo Village.
