ARYADUTA Lippo Village Celebrates 32 Years with Commitment to Continuous Development
Entering September 2026, ARYADUTA Lippo Village (ALV) is preparing to celebrate 32 years of operation since its inception in September 1994. For over three decades, this four-star hotel in the Lippo Village area, Tangerang, has been a venue for various journeys, celebrations, business meetings, and memorable moments for guests and the local community.
This achievement serves not only as an opportunity to reflect on the journey of ARYADUTA Lippo Village but also as a momentum to look towards the future. As guest needs and expectations evolve, ARYADUTA Lippo Village is gradually implementing upgrades across various areas and facilities to provide an increasingly comfortable, functional, and relevant environment for guests.
This series of enhancements will be carried out gradually throughout 2026 and 2027, covering guest rooms, villas, the hotel lobby, public areas, dining venues, as well as meeting and event facilities. This entire process is part of a long-term plan to maintain and improve the hotel’s quality, while keeping guest comfort as a primary focus during the transition.
One of the facilities currently undergoing enhancement is the hotel swimming pool, which is in the process of re-tiling from 3 August to 31 October 2026, with the target of being ready for use once work is completed. During this period, guests can still enjoy the Lagoon Pool at ARYADUTA Country Club (ACC), which has long been a favourite recreational facility for ALV guests.
The enhancement journey of ARYADUTA Lippo Village also extends beyond buildings and facilities. One of the long-standing characteristics of ALV is its spacious and green environment.
As part of an ongoing landscape arrangement and rejuvenation programme, the management of green areas and the addition of plants are being carried out gradually across various parts of the hotel. Maintaining and enriching green spaces is a key priority, reflecting ARY_ADUTA Lippo Village’s commitment to preserving the natural atmosphere that has been part of the guest experience for years.
