ARUKKI lodges complaint over BI–OJK CSR case handling with KPK Supervisory Board
Jakarta — The Aliansi Rakyat untuk Keadilan dan Kesejahteraan Rakyat (ARUKKI) has lodged a complaint with the KPK Supervisory Board (Dewan Pengawas KPK, Dewas KPK) regarding the handling of a case involving alleged corruption in the disbursement of corporate social responsibility and environmental funds at Bank Indonesia and the Financial Services Authority (OJK). ARUKKI Chairman Marselinus Edwin Hardhian said the report concerns the handling of the allegations of corruption in the distribution of CSR funds and the funds used for Bank Indonesia’s Social Responsibility Programme (PSBI) and the Financial Services Counsellors (PJK) for 2020-2023, as well as the accompanying programmes of OJK and BI.
