Arrival at Blue House: Prabowo Welcomed with Warm Embrace by President Lee Jae Myung

Indonesian President Prabowo Subianto held a meeting with South Korean President Lee Jae Myung during his official visit to Seoul, South Korea. According to footage from the Presidential Secretariat’s YouTube channel, Prabowo received a warm welcome upon his arrival at the Presidential Blue House on Wednesday, 1 April 2026. President Lee Jae Myung greeted Prabowo as he stepped out of his official vehicle. Lee Jae Myung and Prabowo shook hands and embraced. The two also had a brief conversation. Subsequently, Prabowo and Lee Jae Myung walked together into the Blue House grounds. An honour guard dressed in traditional South Korean attire was seen lined up to welcome President Prabowo. The welcoming ceremony then continued with the playing of the national anthems of South Korea and Indonesia. Prabowo stood at attention as the anthems were played. Lee Jae Myung and Prabowo then walked across the Blue House courtyard to inspect the troops. Afterwards, the two introduced the ministers accompanying them in the meeting. Several ministers accompanying Prabowo included Foreign Minister Sugiono, Coordinating Minister for the Economy Airlangga Hartarto, Energy and Mineral Resources Minister Bahlil Lahadalia, Marine Affairs and Fisheries Minister Sakti Wahyu Trenggono, and Cabinet Secretary Teddy Indra Wijaya.
