Array of Evidence Items When Andre “The Doctor” Was Arrested: Rolex Watch to Louis Vuitton Bag
JAKARTA, KOMPAS.com - The Director of Narcotics Crimes at Bareskrim Polri, Brigjen Pol Eko Hadi Santoso, has disclosed the array of evidence items seized when drug lord Andre Fernando Tjhandra, alias Charlie or The Doctor (32), was arrested in Penang, Malaysia, on Sunday (5/4/2026).
“Evidence items include 1 iPhone 17 Pro Max in blue, 1 iPhone 17 R in black, 1 OPPO Reno smartphone in metallic white,” Eko stated in his remarks on Wednesday (8/4/2026).
In addition, investigators also seized one grey charger head, one Apple Watch charger, one white Apple Watch unit, and one Rolex wristwatch with a brown strap.
Officers also seized one black Louis Vuitton bag, one electronic wallet e-wallet, and one travel document in the form of Andre Fernando’s passport.
They are Hendra, an Indonesian citizen (WNI) from Aceh residing in Malaysia, and Tomy, a Malaysian citizen.
“The two superiors are known not to know each other,” he explained.
Andre served as an intermediary and guarantor for transactions between the two suppliers and the buyers.
Meanwhile, Andre met Tomy while gambling at Genting Highlands, Malaysia.
From Hendra, Andre received methamphetamine twice, namely 2 kilograms and 3 kilograms in February 2026 at a price of Rp 380 million per kilogram, then resold at Rp 390 million per kilogram.
He also received 500 small-sized etomidate pills in January 2026 at Rp 1.6 million per pill and sold them to Ikha Novita Sari at Rp 1.8 million per pill.
Additionally, Andre received 50 packets of “happy five” in December 2025 at Rp 1.8 million per packet and resold them at Rp 2 million per packet.
Meanwhile, from Tomy, Andre received 250 small-sized etomidate pills in December 2025 and 397 pills in January 2026, each at Rp 1.7 million per pill, then sold at Rp 1.8 million per pill.
He also received 700 large-sized etomidate pills in February 2026 at Rp 1.7 million per pill and sold them at Rp 2.2 million per pill.
