Are parties seeking wealth?
From Koran Tempo
Nineteen political parties have rejected the results of the legislative election held on April 5. If this is true, it increases my conviction that most legislative candidates are seeking to amass wealth instead of working for the population.
In the case of a repeat election, have they considered the consequences if people were required to go to the polls all over again? Have they calculated the cost, energy and thought that the nation would have to expend?
With various buildings, including schools and worship places, to be used again for the "same" election, different public and private activities would be delayed, making the situation favorable for foreign interests. Or is this what the nation's leaders want?
