ARCI Director Rudy Suhendra Purchases 1.5 Million Shares for Investment

A member of the Board of Directors of PT Archi Indonesia Tbk (ARCI), Rudy Suhendra, has officially increased his shareholding in the gold mining company. Rudy was recorded as having snapped up 1,500,000 (1.5 million) ordinary shares with the issuer code ARCI for personal investment purposes. Based on the Share Ownership Report submitted to the Financial Services Authority (OJK) on Friday (5/6/2026), the share purchase transaction was executed on Thursday, 4 June 2026. Rudy bought the ARCI shares at an execution price of Rp1,036 per share. Consequently, the total funds allocated by the director for this purchase amounted to Rp1,554,000,000 (Rp1.55 billion). The ownership status of this transaction is direct ownership and it is not part of a controlling shareholder stake. Through this transaction, Rudy Suhendra’s share ownership in PT Archi Indonesia Tbk experienced a fairly significant increase. Prior to the transaction, Rudy held 27,000,000 (27 million) share units, equivalent to 0.107% of voting rights. Post-transaction, the Indonesian citizen’s total shareholding increased to 28,500,000 (28.5 million) share units. As a result, Rudy’s percentage of voting rights in the company was also pushed up to 0.113%.
