As quoted from the Saudi Press Agency (SPA), King Salman of Saudi Arabia sent congratulations to Indonesian President Prabowo Subianto on the 81st anniversary of Indonesia’s independence. In his message, King Salman expressed hope that President Prabowo would remain in good health and that the Indonesian nation would continue to achieve progress in statehood.

“The Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques hopes that the President of the Republic of Indonesia will always be healthy and happy, and that the people and Government of Indonesia will continue to enjoy progress and prosperity,” King Salman said in his letter to Prabowo.

In addition, leaders of the United Arab Emirates also conveyed congratulations on the 81st anniversary of Indonesia’s independence to the people and Government of Indonesia, as reported by the WAM news agency.
