The Nusantara Citizens Mining Association (APWNU) is expanding cooperation with several strategic partners and launching a number of programmes to be implemented nationally in 2026. The move was announced to coincide with the commemoration of APWNU’s 2nd Anniversary in Jakarta on Tuesday (17/6/2026). The 2nd APWNU Anniversary carried the theme ‘2 Years of Service, Synergy for the Nation’. The event was attended by government representatives, national figures, PBNU board members, business actors, academics, investors, professional organisations, and strategic partners from various business and industrial sectors. APWNU Secretary General Joko Suprianto stated that the organisation’s two-year journey has demonstrated the importance of collaboration in executing various programmes targeting the community. ‘Two years of APWNU’s journey is proof that collaboration and mutual cooperation can give rise to various programmes beneficial to the community. Through the momentum of this 2nd Anniversary, we aim to strengthen synergy to deliver innovation, investment, community economic empowerment, and support national development programmes,’ Joko said in a press release on Thursday (18/6/2026). During the series of activities, APWNU signed memoranda of understanding (MoUs) with several strategic partners. The cooperation covers the development of economic programmes, investment, energy, media, and community empowerment. APWNU also introduced a number of programmes to be run nationally in 2026. These programmes include the APWNU Digital Library to support improved public literacy, the publication of the book ‘Obah Mamah’, and the development of the NUSA Token, which is being developed as a community-based digital economy ecosystem. According to Joko, these various programmes represent the organisation’s efforts to respond to technological developments and strengthen community economic empowerment through a collaborative approach. He said the 2nd Anniversary commemoration serves as a momentum to bolster the organisation’s contribution in supporting economic development and community empowerment. ‘We are optimistic that through increasingly strong collaboration, APWNU can make a greater contribution to national economic development, community empowerment, and Indonesia’s progress,’ Joko stated. Through the theme ‘2 Years of Service, Synergy for the Nation’, APWNU reaffirmed its commitment to continue expanding collaboration and developing various programmes that support sustainable development.
