APWNU Expands Cooperation, Prepares National Programmes
The Archipelago Citizens Mining Association (APWNU) is expanding its cooperation with several strategic partners and launching various programmes to be implemented nationally in 2026. This move was announced in conjunction with the 2nd Anniversary of APWNU in Jakarta on Tuesday (17/06/2026).
The 2nd anniversary of APWNU carries the theme “Two Years of Service, Synergy for the Nation”. The event was attended by government officials, national figures, members of the PBNU, business actors, academics, investors, professional organisations, and strategic partners from various business sectors and industries.
APWNU Secretary General, Joko Supriandum, stated that the organisation’s two-year journey demonstrates the importance of collaboration in executing various programmes aimed at the community.
“Two years of APWNU’s journey is proof that collaboration and mutual cooperation can produce various programmes beneficial to the public. Through this 2nd anniversary momentum, we want to strengthen synergy to bring innovation, investment, economic empowerment for the community, and support national development programmes,” Joko said in a press release on Thursday (18/06/2026).
As part of the series of activities, APWNU signed Memorandums of Understanding (MoU) with several strategic partners. The cooperation covers the development of economic, investment, energy, media, and community empowerment programmes.
APWNU also introduced several programmes to be implemented nationally in 2026. These programmes include the APWNU Digital Library to support the improvement of public literacy, the publication of the ‘Obah Mamah’ book, and the development of the NUSA Token, which is being designed as a community-based digital economic ecosystem.
According to Joko, these various programmes are the organisation’s efforts to respond to technological developments and strengthen community economic empowerment through a collaborative approach.
He stated that the 2nd anniversary serves as a momentum to strengthen the organisation’s contribution to supporting economic development and community empowerment.
“We are optimistic that through increasingly strong collaboration, APWNU can provide a greater contribution to national economic development, community empowerment, and the progress of Indonesia,” said Joko.
Under the theme “Two Years of Service, Synergy for the Nation”, APWNU reaffirmed its commitment to continuously expand collaboration and develop various programmes that support sustainable development.
