Approximately 522 residents displaced following fire in Kemayoran

Approximately 522 residents have been displaced following a fire in Kemayoran, Jakarta. On Tuesday (2/6/2026), victims of the blaze were seen resting in tents at an evacuation site in the Kebon Kosong area, Kemayoran. The Jakarta Regional Disaster Management Agency (BPBD) recorded that around 522 individuals are currently sheltering in the area, utilising eight emergency tents. The agency has also provided logistical assistance, healthcare services, and established support posts to aid those affected by the incident.
