Appreciating Jasa Marga

On March 17, 2001 my driver, my son Dipo Islam Ibnu Hasky and
I were on our way from Jakarta to Pesantren Nurul Fikri at
Cimanggis, Kelapa Dua, when our car radiator ran dry. As soon as
my driver got out of the car, a patrol car No.12-211 approached
us.

Two Jasa Marga patrol officers, Satrio Aribowo and Frakly RM,
immediately helped by providing us with a jerricanful of water
for our radiator. Within a few minutes, the radiator was OK, our
problem settled.

I would like to take this opportunity to thank Satrio Aribowo
and Frakly RM who drove the patrol car, for their quick response
to our problem. They were nice, tactful men who gave help to
people they had never met before. PT Jasa Marga should therefore
be proud to have such helpful staff members who gave such
valuable service without receiving a tip from us, as they left
the scene straight away.
