JAKARTA, KOMPAS.com - Minister for Housing and Settlement Areas (PKP) Maruarar Sirait has appointed Roberia as Acting Director General (Dirjen) of Governance and Risk Control.

The appointment follows the resignation of Azis Andriansyah from the position of Director General of Governance and Risk Control.

Roberia expressed surprise at the decision by the Gerindra Party politician.

Roberia stated that she has been serving as Acting Director General of Governance and Risk Control since Monday (27/04/2026).

“I myself am on assignment from the Ministry of Law. I can be recalled at any time, and my duties can end at any time. Those two are great people who have contributed much to the state,” she emphasised.

It is known that two Directors General from the Ministry of PKP have resigned from their positions. They are the Director General of Governance and Risk Control, Azis Andriansyah, and the Director General of Rural Housing, Imran.

Maruarar stated that Azis’s resignation from his position was due to his need to return to his original institution, the National Police of the Republic of Indonesia (Polri).

“The regulation from the Minister of PAN-RB indeed prohibits personnel from the Police. So they are simply returned to their institutions,” said Maruarar.

However, Maruarar did not explain in detail the reasons for Imran’s resignation. It is known that Imran was previously a Civil Servant (ASN) at the Ministry of Home Affairs.

Nevertheless, Maruarar stated that the performance of both officials was good.

“No (not resigning due to performance), their performance is good. Their performance is very good, yes,” continued Maruarar.

She also mentioned that a total of four officials in the Ministry of PKP have been returned to the Police.
