Through this integration, the candidate search and registration process becomes easier, faster, and more transparent. This initiative is part of Pertamina’s digital transformation to expand job opportunities while attracting the best talents from across Indonesia.
Corporate Secretary of Pertamina Patra Niaga, Roberth MV Dumatubun, stated that the digitalisation of the recruitment process is a strategic step to increase engagement with the younger generation and create a more inclusive recruitment ecosystem.
“By utilising the MyPertamina app, we aim to provide easy access for the public who want to build a career at Pertamina. This also serves as our commitment to supporting national talent development through a transparent and integrated process,” said Roberth, quoted from his statement on Friday, 8 May 2026.
The Pertamina Talent Candidate Recruitment Programme is designed as a platform for individuals with potential and competence to join and grow with Pertamina. With the presence of this feature in the MyPertamina app, prospective applicants can directly access official recruitment information on a trusted platform.
Now, there are two ways to access the Pertamina Talent Candidate Recruitment: first, through the official website recruitment.pertamina.com, and second, through the MyPertamina app. Pertamina urges the public to always access recruitment information through official channels to avoid potential scams. All Pertamina recruitment processes do not incur any fees.
Official recruitment information can be accessed via Instagram @pertaminacareer, and recruitment-related communications are only through the official email recruitment@pertamina.com. If there are any issues, ensure to verify information through the Pertamina Contact Centre at 135.
