Applications Open for Fully Funded Master of Management Scholarship
PPM School of Management has opened applications for the 18th batch of its fully-funded Master of Management scholarship under The Future Leader (TFL) programme. The initiative is part of regular human resource development efforts to cultivate young talents poised to become future leaders in management and business.
The Future Leader programme offers graduates the opportunity to pursue a Master of Management with full financial support throughout their studies. In addition to formal education, selected participants will gain leadership development experiences, mentoring, professional networking opportunities, and On-the-Job Training (OJT).
Dr. Wendra, Chairman of PPM School of Management, stated that the programme reflects the institution’s commitment to nurturing young Indonesian talents ready to tackle future business and organisational challenges.
‘Through The Future Leader programme, we aim to provide access to quality management education for young individuals with leadership potential, a drive to learn, and a desire to contribute meaningfully to Indonesia,’ Dr. Wendra said.
He added that leadership competency development is not only achieved through academic classroom processes but also through collaborative experiences, character building, and direct involvement in various professional and organisational activities.
In implementation, PPM School of Management encourages the development of leadership skills, relationship-building abilities, self-confidence, and a growth mindset deemed essential for navigating today’s dynamic work and industry landscape. Scholarship recipients will also have opportunities to participate in business competitions, academic conferences, and various professional development activities alongside faculty and practitioners from PPM Management.
The scholarship is open to graduates of Bachelor’s or D4 programmes from universities both domestically and internationally, with a maximum age of 26. The selection process includes administrative steps, ability tests, assessments, and panel interviews, conducted progressively until August 2026.
Applications for The Future Leader 18 have been extended until 25 June 2026. Through this programme, PPM School of Management hopes to continue contributing to the emergence of adaptable, competent young leaders capable of positively impacting both organisations and Indonesian society.
