Apple to Launch New Devices on 28 October 2026

Jakarta (ANTARA) — After showcasing smart home devices, Apple plans to hold an event to launch new products in Los Angeles, United States, on 28 October 2026.

According to an Engadget report on Monday (19 October), the technology company has invited media and influencers to see its new products at an event called “Pro and Tell” on 28 October.

The all-day event is likely to focus on the Mac and iPad ranges.

Bloomberg journalist Mark Gurman reiterated earlier reports that Apple would unveil touchscreen MacBooks, Macs with M6 chips, and an iPad mini with an OLED display at the event, scheduled for late October 2026.

The touchscreen MacBooks are reportedly set to use M5 Pro and M5 Max chips and will be available in 14-inch and 16-inch sizes.

The premium devices are said to be considerably lighter than the current-generation Pro models.

Alongside the new products, Apple is also expected to update its 14-inch MacBook Pro and iMac lines.

Both devices are reportedly set to use the new M6 chip, which debuted in the Mac mini in August 2026.
