Jakarta (ANTARA) - Apple has reportedly begun increasing prices for some of its gadgets, from MacBooks to iPads, following a warning from Tim Cook that the company can no longer avoid memory shortage issues. Citing Engadget on Thursday (25/6), a recent Reuters report indicated that one of the affected products is the MacBook Neo, which has recently become a popular Apple product. The laptop, originally marketed at $599, is now being sold for $699. The price increase has also impacted the 13-inch 512GB MacBook Air, which now costs $1,299, up from $1,099. It is not only laptop products that are affected; iPad products have also seen price hikes. For example, the regular iPad is now $100 more expensive, rising to $449 from $349, and all iPad Pro models have experienced a $200 price increase. Even so, other products like the Apple TV 4K have also been affected by the price increase, rising from $129 to $199.
