Jakarta (ANTARA) - Apple is reportedly preparing two new applications for iPhone this year, namely the Apple Business app and a Siri app with chatbot-like capabilities. According to Macrumors on Tuesday, the Apple Business app is designed to support corporate needs through the new Apple Business platform. Through this app, employees can install work applications, view contact information for colleagues, and submit support requests. Apple Business is scheduled to launch on 14 April and will replace several previous services such as Apple Business Essentials, Apple Business Manager, and Apple Business Connect. Meanwhile, Apple is also said to be testing a Siri app with functions similar to OpenAI’s ChatGPT and Google’s Gemini. In this app, users can interact with Siri via text or voice, as well as access previous conversation histories. Both applications will also be available for iPad and Mac devices. Apple states that the Apple Business app will run on iOS 26, iPadOS 26, and macOS 26 operating systems. The Siri app with chatbot features is expected to arrive on iOS 27, iPadOS 27, and macOS 27 operating systems, which will be released at the end of this year.
