MINISTERIAL DINNER: Coordinating Minister of Trade and Industry Hartarto holds a dinner for the APEC ministers who are in Jakarta for their annual meeting which opens today. Hartarto, flanked by Minister of Foreign Affairs Ali Alatas (right) and Wisber Loeis, the chairman of the APEC senior officials meeting, played host to U.S. Secretary of State Warren Christopher (foreground) and other guests at the Jakarta Convention Center last night.
