Anyar Market in Tangerang Cultivates Maggots to Process Organic Waste

ANTARA - Anyar Market in Tangerang City now has a new look in managing organic waste through a collaboration between the Tangerang City Market Regional Public Company and the OC Grenpul Education House, which transforms vegetable waste into animal feed, Saturday (15/5). The waste is processed using Black Soldier Fly (BSF) maggot cultivation as an effort to reduce the volume of waste to the Rawa Kucing landfill as an effort to accelerate the transformation of Anyar Market into a Zero Residue market.
