State Secretary Minister Prasetyo Hadi stated that the prospective Constitutional Court (MK) judge to replace Anwar Usman, who has retired, will be sworn in this week. He mentioned that the government has also received a letter from the Supreme Court (MA) regarding the name of the prospective MK judge. β€œIt is planned as soon as possible this week,” Pras said at the Presidential Palace in Jakarta on Wednesday (8/4). However, Pras was still reluctant to reveal who the figure is that will replace Anwar. In addition to the MK judge, Pras conveyed that Prabowo will also swear in Ombudsman commissioners.
