We would hereby like to publicly announced that recently some
irresponsible people claiming to be members of the Antigraft
Commission in Jakarta or other regions in Indonesia have written
decisions and others kinds of letters.

This commission has not yet been established.

What has been established is the Team for the Preparation for
the Establishment of the Commission on the Eradication of
Criminal Acts of Corruption.

Therefore, any letters or decrees bearing the name Antigraft
Commission purportedly located in the Directorate General of
Public Law Administration, Fourth Floor of the Ministry of
Justice and Human Rights building are fake, and harmful and
misleading to the community.

We also wish to inform the public that until now the Team for
the Preparation for the Establishment of the Commission on the
Eradication of Criminal Acts of Corruption, which has been set up
by virtue of Minister of Justice and Human Rights Decree dated
June 7, 2000, No. C-45.PR.09.03, has never issued a decision on
appointments or any other kind of letter.

The current preparatory team is assigned to prepare a bill on
the establishment of a Commission on the Eradication of Criminal
Acts of Corruption.

Any persons or institutions obviously involved in the issuance
of these fake letters or deliberately using the name of the
Commission will be reported to the authorities pursuant to the
prevailing laws.
