Anti-Corruption Commission Summons Director of Labour Supervision and Occupational Safety Testing
Jakarta — The Anti-Corruption Commission (KPK) has summoned Muhammad Idham, Director of Occupational Safety and Health (K3) Development Supervision and Testing at the Ministry of Manpower, as a witness in the investigation of an alleged extortion case related to K3 certificate management.
“The examination took place at the KPK Red and White Building under the name MI,” said KPK Spokesperson Budi Prasetyo to journalists in Jakarta on Monday.
Budi explained that Muhammad Idham was summoned for questioning in his capacity as Director of K3 Institutional Development at the Ministry of Manpower in 2025.
Additionally, the KPK summoned two other witnesses: MUZ, who served as Head of the Section for Oversight of Worker Health Maintenance Standards from September 2015 to July 2020, and NPI, who has been serving as a Staff member at the Directorate of Labour Supervision and K3 Testing at the Ministry of Manpower from August 2025 to the present.
The case originated from a coordinated arrest operation (OTT) conducted by the KPK. On 22 August 2025, the KPK designated Immanuel Ebenezer, Deputy Minister of Manpower, together with ten others, as suspects in an alleged extortion case related to K3 certificate management within the Ministry of Manpower.

Hery Sutanto (HS), Director of Institutional Development at the Ministry of Manpower (2021–February 2025)
Sekarsari Kartika Putri (SKP), Sub-coordinator at the Ministry of Manpower
Supriadi (SUP), Coordinator at the Ministry of Manpower

Subsequently, on 11 December 2025, the KPK announced three additional suspects in the case. These include former Head of the Ministry of Manpower’s Public Relations Bureau Sunardi Manampiar Sinaga (SMS), former Secretary of the Director-General of Labour Supervision and Development and K3 at the Ministry of Manpower Chairul Fadhly Harahap (CFH), and former Director-General of Labour Supervision and Development and K3 at the Ministry of Manpower Haiyani Rumondang (HR).
