The panel discussion session of the ANTARA 2026 National Working Meeting (Rakernas) featured several practitioners from communication, media, and corporate sectors sharing their experiences regarding transformation in the rapidly evolving digital era.

The event, held from 3–5 June 2026 in Yogyakarta, featured the Corporate Secretary of PT Pertamina Arya Dwi Paramita, Senior Brand Manager of GoPay Irwan Ari Wibowo, and the Director of Jasa Raharja Herwan Muldidarmawan.

The discussion also included the Chief of Corporate Affairs at PT Astra International Tbk, Boy Kelana Soebroto, and the Editor-in-Chief of Kompas TV, Yogi Ariel Nugraha, to highlight the challenges organisations face in maintaining reputation amidst the heavy flow of digital information.

“The cooperative relationship between journalists, corporations, and stakeholders must not become transactional. This is because we need each other and must work together,” said Boy.

Meanwhile, Herwan Muldidarmawan emphasised the importance of organisations understanding their fundamental purpose and implementing good governance and risk management to ensure sustainability amidst change.

“To be able to sustain, we must understand our purpose. Change management is not about total transformation, but about how to strengthen the existing purpose so that it becomes more adaptive and sustainable at any time,” he stated.

The panel discussion was part of the series of events at the ANTARA 2026 National Working Meeting, which addressed both the challenges and opportunities for media and corporations in facing communication transformation in the digital age.
