Antam Precious Metal Gold Prices Fall Today, Fail to Approach Rp 2.9 Million

Jakarta, CNBC Indonesia - The price of gold produced by PT Aneka Tambang (Antam) Tbk., known as Antam Precious Metal Gold, weakened in trading today, Thursday (16/4/2026). According to data from the official Antam website, logammulia.com, at 08:25 WIB, at the LM Graha Dipta Pulo Gadung gold boutique in Jakarta, the price of 1-gram gold bars today is set at Rp 2,888,000 per bar, down Rp 5,000 from the previous trading session. This price drop occurred after trading on Wednesday, when the Antam Precious Metal Gold price rose Rp 30,000 to Rp 2,893,000 per gram. The buyback price, or repurchase price of Antam gold, remained stagnant. Today, the buyback price is at Rp 2,674,000 per gram, the same as the previous trading session. According to Refinitiv, the gold price closed on Wednesday (15/4/2026) at US$ 4,789.94 per troy ounce, down 0.96%. This weakening came after gold prices soared 2% in Tuesday’s trading. Gold prices improved today. On Thursday (16/4/2026) at 06:26 WIB, gold prices jumped 9.46% to US$ 4,813.29 per troy ounce.
