Antam Precious Metal Gold Price Plummets Rp 42,000 Today

The price of gold produced by PT Aneka Tambang (Antam) Tbk, known as Antam Precious Metal Gold, plummeted during trading today, Monday (13/4/2026). According to data from the official PT Antam website, logammulia.com, at 08.45 WIB, at the LM Graha Dipta Pulo Gadung gold boutique in Jakarta, the price of 1-gram gold bars today is set at Rp 2,818,000 per bar, a drop of Rp 42,000 compared to the previous trading session. This price decline follows the trading on Saturday, when the Antam Precious Metal Gold price rose by Rp 3,000 to Rp 2,860,000 per gram. The buyback price, or the price at which Antam gold is repurchased, also weakened. Today, the buyback price stands at Rp 2,585,000 per gram, down Rp 42,000 from the previous trading session. The movement in Antam Precious Metal Gold prices aligns with global gold trends. In trading last Friday (10/4/2026), gold closed at US$ 4,747.49 per troy ounce, flat by 0.34%. Nevertheless, overall, gold prices rose 1.54% for the previous week. Gold prices immediately tumbled today, in line with the renewed surge in the US dollar due to political tensions in the Middle East. On Monday (13/4/2026) at 06.29 WIB, gold prices fell 2.01% to US$ 4,651.94 per troy ounce. The dollar index surged to 99.13 on Monday morning after being at 98 for two days.
