ANTAM Not Only Sharing Knowledge, But Also Giving Away Gold at JFF 2026 Educational Class
The educational class session at Jogja Financial Festival (JFF) 2026 was not solely about sharing knowledge on finance. PT Aneka Tambang (ANTAM) filled the class with giveaways of vouchers up to gold for the participants.
The Smart Investing class by PT ANTAM was held in the Hanoman room at Jogja Expo Center (JEC) Bantul, with hundreds of participants of various ages. From high school students to university students, and even mothers who have invested their money in gold.
It was Adityo Kusumowardhono, Head of Bullion Business at PT ANTAM (Persero) Tbk, who shared his insights encapsulated in the topic Glow Up Financial: Starting with Gold.
Adityo outlined investment tips highly relevant to Millennials and Gen Z as they enter their productive years. And gold, he said, is the investment instrument that is safest and most familiar to the public.
‘So if you want to invest you must understand the purpose, don’t FOMO (Fear of Missing Out/afraid of missing trends). Our discussion today should be open and frank,’ said Adityo during his presentation at JEC, Saturday (23 May 2026),
‘Gold is a fairly simple investment, you know. Its price rise has been relatively stable, and over the last five years the increase has been quite significant,’ he added.
Before the class began, a QR Code containing a question column was displayed in front of the participants. When the class ended, the participants’ questions were randomly selected to be answered by Adityo.
In addition to gaining knowledge from Adityo’s answers, the participants whose questions were selected to be read also received prizes. Five 1-gram gold bars were awarded to the selected participants.
There were also games with prizes of souvenirs and significant vouchers. Several participants were asked to step forward and faced questions about gold and PT ANTAM. The atmosphere was lively during the quiz.
Jogja Financial Festival 2026 itself ran for two days, 22-23 May 2026, at JEC Bantul. The event featured a range of activities from business talks, educational classes, musical entertainment, to a comedy live show.
In addition to Arisan Financial, day two of JFF 2026 also featured performances by Kiky Saputri, the Silet Open Up programme, and the music group Juicy Luicy.
