Antam gold prices drop by Rp25,000 to Rp2.774 million per gram this Tuesday

As monitored on the Logam Mulia website in Jakarta on Tuesday at 09:16 WIB, Antam gold prices have decreased by Rp25,000, from the previous Rp2,799,000 to Rp2,774,000 per gram. Similarly, the buyback price has also dropped to Rp2,584,000 per gram.

Antam gold prices are subject to change at any time. Sales transactions are subject to tax deductions in accordance with PMK Number 34/PMK.10/201gram, applicable to all gold types ranging from 1 gram to 1,000 grams (1 kilogram). The resale of gold bars to PT Antam Tbk with a value exceeding Rp10 million is subject to Article 22 Income Tax (PPh 22) at a rate of 1.5 per cent for holders of a Taxpayer Identification Number (NPWP) and 3 per cent for non-NPWP holders. The PPh 22 for buyback transactions is deducted directly from the total buyback value.

The following are the recorded prices for various gold bar denominations on the latest Antam Logam Mulia website:

• 0.5 gram gold: Rp1,437,000

• 1 gram gold: Rp2,774,000

• 2 gram gold: Rp5,488,000

• 3 gram gold: Rp8,207,000

• 5 gram gold: Rp13,645,000

• 10 gram gold: Rp27,235,000

• 25 gram gold: Rp67,962,000

• 50 gram gold: Rp135,845,000

• 100 gram gold: Rp271,612,000

• 250 gram gold: Rp678,765,000

• 500 gram gold: Rp1,357,320,000

• 1,000 gram gold: Rp2,714,600,000

Tax deductions for gold purchases are in accordance with PMK Number 34/PMK.10/2017; gold bar purchases are subject to PPh 22 at a rate of 0.45 per cent for NPWP holders and 0.9 per cent for non-NPWP holders. Every gold bar purchase is accompanied by proof of PPh 22 deduction.
