Antam Gold Price Today Surges to Rp 2.893 Million

The price of gold produced by PT Aneka Tambang (Persero) Tbk, or Antam gold, monitored on the Logam Mulia website from Jakarta on Wednesday at 09.10 WIB, surged by Rp 30,000 from the previous Rp 2,863,000 to Rp 2,893,000 per gram. Compared to yesterday, the Antam gold price rose by Rp 45,000 from an initial Rp 2,818,000 to Rp 2,863,000 per gram. “The gold buyback price has increased to Rp 2,674,000 from the previous Rp 2,639,000 per gram,” as quoted from Antara on Wednesday, 15 April 2026. Gold sales transactions are subject to tax deductions in accordance with PMK Number 34/PMK.10/2017 for all types of gold from 1 gram to 1,000 grams (1 kilogram). Meanwhile, the sale of gold bars back to PT Antam Tbk for amounts exceeding Rp 10 million is subject to Income Tax (PPh) Article 22 at 1.5 percent for NPWP holders and 3 percent for non-NPWP holders. PPh 22 on buyback transactions is deducted directly from the total buyback value. Every gold bar purchase is accompanied by proof of PPh 22 deduction.
