Antam Gold Price Surges by Rp10,000 Today

Jakarta, CNBC Indonesia - The price of gold produced by PT Aneka Tambang (Antam) Tbk., known as Antam Logam Mulia, strengthened again in trading today, Monday (27/7/2026).

Citing data from Antam’s official website, logammulia.com, at 08:30 WIB, at the LM Graha Dipta Pulo Gadung boutique in Jakarta, the price for 1 gram of gold was set at Rp2,622,000 per bar, an increase of Rp10,000 compared to the previous trading session.

Today’s increase is welcome news after the Antam gold price had previously experienced a correction. Despite the rise, the price remains in the Rp2.6 million per gram range and has yet to return to the Rp2.7 million level.

In line with this, the buyback price for Antam gold also strengthened. Today, the buyback price stands at Rp2,370,000 per gram, up Rp18,000 from the previous session.

As a note, purchases of Antam gold bars are subject to Article 22 Income Tax (PPh) of 0.25% for holders of a Taxpayer Identification Number (NPWP) and 0.5% for non-NPWP holders. Meanwhile, for buyback transactions of Antam gold with a value exceeding Rp10 million, a PPh Article 22 tax of 1.5% is applied for NPWP holders and 3% for non-NPWP holders. The tax is deducted directly from the total buyback value.
