Antam Gold Price Steady at Rp2.6 Million on Thursday

Jakarta (ANTARA) - The price of Antam gold, monitored from the Logam Mulia website in Jakarta on Thursday at 09.00 WIB, remained steady at Rp2,655,000 per gram. However, the buyback price for Antam gold has now become Rp2,320,000 per gram, a decrease of Rp52,000 from the previous day’s price. Antam gold prices are subject to change at any time. Sales transactions are subject to tax deductions in accordance with Minister of Finance Regulation (PMK) No. 34/PMK.10/2017 for all types of gold, from 1 gram to 1,000 grams (1 kilogram). The resale of gold bars to PT Antam Tbk with a nominal value exceeding Rp10 million is subject to Income Tax (PPh) Article 22 of 1.5 percent for holders of a Taxpayer Identification Number (NPWP) and 3 percent for non-NPWP holders. PPh 22 on buyback transactions is deducted directly from the total buyback value. The following are the latest prices for gold bar denominations recorded on the Logam Mulia Antam website: 0.5 gram: Rp1,377,500; 1 gram: Rp2,655,000; 2 grams: Rp5,250,000; 3 grams: Rp7,850,000; 5 grams: Rp13,050,000; 10 grams: Rp26,045,000; 25 grams: Rp64,987,000; 50 grams: Rp129,895,000; 100 grams: Rp259,712,000; 250 grams: Rp649,015,000; 500 grams: Rp1,297,820,000; 1,000 grams: Rp2,595,600,000. Tax deductions on gold purchases are subject to PPh 22 at a rate of 0.45 percent for NPWP holders and 0.9 percent for non-NPWP holders, in accordance with PMK Number 34/PMK.10/2017. Every purchase of gold bars is accompanied by a PPh 22 withholding receipt.
