Antam Gold Price Stays Flat Today

Jakarta, CNBC Indonesia - The price of gold produced by PT Aneka Tambang (Antam) Tbk., known as Antam Logam Mulia, was stable in trading today, Friday (21/8/2026).

Citing data from Antam’s official website, logammulia.com, at 08:30 WIB, at the LM Graha Dipta Pulo Gadung gold boutique in Jakarta, the price of 1 gram of gold was set at Rp2,725,000 per bar, unchanged from the previous trading session.

The Antam gold price held at the Rp2.7 million per gram level after strengthening significantly by Rp80,000 in the previous session. This movement shows that the Antam gold price remains at a high level after breaking back above Rp2.7 million per gram.

Meanwhile, the buyback price for Antam gold also remained stagnant. Today the buyback price stood at Rp2,585,000 per gram, the same as the previous trading position. With both the selling and buyback prices unchanged, the spread between the two also held at Rp140,000 per gram.

As a note, purchases of Antam gold bars are subject to Income Tax (PPh) Article 22 of 0.25% for holders of a Taxpayer Identification Number (NPWP) and 0.5% for non-NPWP holders.

Meanwhile, for Antam gold buyback transactions with a value above Rp10 million, PPh Article 22 of 1.5% is applied for NPWP holders and 3% for non-NPWP holders. The tax is deducted directly from the total transaction value.
